GENERAL TERMS

By enrolling in Nomad Bloom, you agree to our general terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all. Please review them carefully before completing registration.

Registration & Payment

  • Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are limited.
  • Within three working days after registration, parents will receive a confirmation email with payment details. Registration is finalized once the invoice is paid.
  • Full payment must be made by the specified deadline provided in the confirmation email to secure a spot.
  • Since there is no webshop, payment may be paid in cash or via bank transfer (payment details will be provided upon registration).

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 21 days before the camp start date.
  • 50% refund if cancellation is made between 20 and 14 days before the camp starts.
  • No refund if cancellation is made less than 14 days before the camp starts, unless a replacement participant is found.

Final Agreement

  • By registering for a Nomad Bloom Budapest Camp, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Policies and General Terms & Conditions.
